SERVICIO DE TRANSFER
Para el transfer se calcula un taxi ($7.000.00) entre uno y cuatro pasajeros, el valor para grupo se cobra de acuerdo al número de vehículos utilizados para prestar el servicio.

La tarifa por noche incluye desayuno amazónico, americano o Light; cóctel de bienvenida y acceso a la información sobre temas Amazónicos.

CONDICIONES DE PAGO

Para realizar su reserva favor consignar valor del servicio en la cta. de ahorros 506-01312-7 banco BBVA sucursal Leticia, a nombre de Francisco Javier Alonso Acero, enviar copia al telefax 592 6642
Toda reserva confirmada tendré un plazo de 72 horas para hacer el pago total de la misma, en caso de no hacerlo la reserva será cancelada.
En todos los casos las reservas deben ser prepagadas en su totalidad 48 horas antes del inicio de la prestación del servicio.

CANCELACIÓN Y PENALIDADES

Las reservas confirmadas tendrán una política de cancelación en los siguientes términos:
  • Las cancelaciones recibidas entre 48 y 36 horas antes del inicio de la prestación del servicio tendrán el cargo de una noche de alojamiento.
  • Cancelación 24 horas antes del inicio de la prestación de los servicios y la no presentación tendrán un cargo del 50% del valor del paquete.
REEMBOLSO

El reembolso del alojamiento se aplicará acorde con los términos de los gastos cancelado

Una vez iniciado el viaje los servicios incluídos y no utilizados no serán reembolsados

All confirmed reservastion Hill have a period of 72 hours to make full paymen of the same, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. In all cases, reservatios must be prepaid in its totality before the beginning of the use the services.
CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES
CONFIRMED reserves Hill have a cancellation policy in the following terms:
  • Cancellations received between 48 and 36 hours befote beginning of the use the service Hill have the charge of one night of lodging.
  • Cancellation 24 hours before the beginning of the use of the services and the failure to check in will have a charge 50% of the package value.
REFUNDS
The refund of lodging will be applied according to the cancelled expenses
